We are located at G-234 in Nanakpura, which is part of the South Motibagh area in New Delhi-21. It is a pretty busy spot and we see a lot of people coming through the doors every day. Most of our time is spent behind the counter or making sure the seating area is clean for the next person who walks in. It is not a fancy place, just a regular restaurant where we do our work and try to keep things moving. The traffic outside can get a bit loud in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We see a lot of students and people who live nearby coming in for a quick bite. Some of us have been working here for quite a while, while others are still learning the ropes. It is a normal job in a busy part of the city. We don’t really do anything too special, just the usual tasks like cleaning tables and getting orders ready. You get to know the regulars who come in at the same time every week. The building at G-234 is easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the rush when it happens. It’s a simple setup and we just focus on getting the work done from the time we open until we finally close up for the night.
