Fine Glaziers

We are tucked away in Phase 2 of the Mayapuri Industrial Area, right at C-84. Fine Glaziers has been operating from this spot for a good while, and if you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s always loud and crowded with trucks. Our space is pretty much what you’d expect from an industrial unit. There’s glass everywhere and the floor usually has some fine dust on it no matter how much we sweep. We spend most of our hours measuring and cutting. It’s not the kind of work where you stay clean. My hands usually have a few small nicks by the end of the day, but that’s part of being a glazier. We just get on with it. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there’s a pile of orders waiting. The weather in Mayapuri gets really hot in the summer, which makes moving heavy glass even tougher, but we stick to the schedule. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decor because that’s not what people come here for. They just want their glass handled properly. It’s just me and a couple of others mostly. We keep the doors open to let some air in and try to stay organized, even when it feels like the inventory is taking over. It’s a basic setup, but it works for us. Most mornings start with coffee and a look at the workload.
