Our place is over in Greater Kailash 1, specifically at C-113. It’s a nice area, quite different from the busier industrial zones in the city, but glass work is still the same wherever you go. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time now. People around GK 1 know us when they have a problem with a door or need a new mirror for their bathroom. It’s a ground-level kind of setup, which is typical for the neighborhood businesses here. We don’t have a corporate feel at all. Usually, you’ll find one of us measuring out a sheet or talking to a contractor about a renovation project nearby. We get a lot of local walk-ins. Sometimes it’s just someone needing a small piece for a picture frame, and other times it’s a whole set of glass shelves for a shop. The space is a bit cramped because glass takes up a lot of room, and you have to be very careful where you step. We don't go in for big speeches about what we do. We just cut the glass, polish it if needed, and deliver it to the customer. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying, which keeps us all quite fit. The traffic around here can be a bit of a pain when we’re trying to load the delivery van, but we manage somehow. It’s a local business run by people who actually live and work in this city. We just keep our heads down and finish the orders.
