We are over in the Dilshad Garden Small Scale Industrial Area, specifically at E-136/A. This area is full of small workshops and factories, so we fit right in. It’s a practical place to be for a glass business because we can make a bit of noise and have the trucks come in and out without too much trouble from neighbors. We’ve been at this address for years now. The shop is mostly filled with glass racks and big cutting tables. It’s not a showroom by any means. If you come by to see us, you’ll see us in our work clothes, probably covered in a bit of grime from the machines and handling the sheets. We handle a lot of the bulk stuff that goes to other businesses or construction sites around this part of Delhi. It’s a tough environment, especially in the summer months when the tin roofs get really hot, but we keep the fans going and get on with the work. We don’t spend time on fancy decorations or making the place look polished for visitors. We only care about the glass being cut straight and the edges being finished properly so it's safe. The crew here is small but they’ve been doing this for a long time. We know the regulars by their names and they know they can just drop in and tell us what they need without a lot of paperwork. It’s a simple operation, really. No fuss, just plenty of glass and hard work every day.
