Mak Handicrafts

Mak Handicrafts is located right at N-52B in the M.M. Janpath Market. If you’ve ever walked through Janpath, you know how it is—busy, loud, and full of energy. Our shop is part of that. We aren't a big chain or anything. It’s just a local spot where we handle all kinds of handcrafted items. We spend most of our time talking to people who walk in and organizing the shelves. The space is a bit tight because we have so much stuff packed in, but that’s just the way it is in the market. We don’t have a fancy corporate office. Everything happens right here. We do a lot of our own packing and checking. It’s a hands-on kind of place. Some days are really quiet and we just sit and drink tea, while other days are so packed we can barely move. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. People who come to the market often recognize us. We don't spend money on big ads. Our name is just there on the sign. Mak Handicrafts is a simple operation. We like the crafts and we like being in the middle of the market. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but it’s our routine. We just keep things moving one day at a time without making a big fuss about it. That is how we have always done things at Mak Handicrafts.
