M D Naushad Painting is located at 29 Kapashera Village, right by the Patel Glass House. It’s a busy little spot in the village and everyone around here knows the landmarks. We spend most of our time out at different sites, but this is where we store our tools and meet up in the morning. It’s a simple place, not much more than a workshop area really. We’ve been doing this for years, and we’ve seen Kapashera change quite a bit in that time. The work involves a lot of climbing and manual labor, which keeps us busy. We don’t have any big slogans or anything like that. We just take the jobs as they come and try to finish them so the job is done. Sometimes it’s just a small room, other times it’s a whole building. We don't mind either way. We get our supplies from the local shops when we can. The traffic in the village can be pretty bad in the evenings, so we try to get our moving done early. It’s a straightforward life. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. You just talk to us and we get to work. It’s just how things are done here in the village. We’ve got some old buckets sitting out front and a few ladders leaning against the wall. It’s not fancy, but it shows we’re ready to work. People around here know us because they see us working every day on one house or another. It’s a lot of manual labor, but it pays the bills and keeps us active in the community.
