Le Chef Fast Food Restaurant

We have been running Le Chef Fast Food Restaurant for a good while now. Our place is at Anaj Mandi in Ashok Nagar 201. It is a busy spot and we are always on our feet from the moment we open the shutters. The kitchen is small and it gets quite hot when we have several orders going at the same time. We don't have fancy menus or professional waitstaff here. It is just me and a couple of guys making sure people get their food quickly. The morning usually starts with cleaning the counters and getting the vegetables ready for the day. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and we have to scramble to find what we need at the local market. It is not always perfect and things can get a bit chaotic during the lunch hour. But we do our work and we stay open until the last customer leaves. We chose Ashok Nagar because it is where we live and it is a lively neighborhood. The floor is a bit worn out from all the people walking in but we keep it as clean as we can. We are not a big chain or anything like that. Just a local shop trying to make a living. Most people who come here are workers from the Mandi who just want a quick bite before they head back. We don't spend money on ads. People just see the sign and come in.
