Make Happy Trip

We’ve been running Make Happy Trip from our spot in Laxminagar for a while now. Gali Number 10 is usually pretty busy since we’re so close to the metro station, so there’s always people walking by or coming in to ask about tickets. It’s just a small office at D-274 but we get a lot done. People come to us when they want to go somewhere and don't want to deal with the online mess themselves. We handle trains, planes, and those sorts of things. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but that’s just how it is here. Most of our regulars are folks from around the neighborhood who’ve known us for years. We aren't a big fancy agency with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us sitting at desks making sure bookings are right. If a hotel isn't working out or a flight gets canceled, we spend the afternoon on the phone trying to fix it so you don't have to. It’s a lot of paperwork and staring at screens, but we like helping out the local crowd. Stop by if you’re near the metro and need to plan a trip. It’s easier to talk in person anyway. We try to keep things simple and honest without all the confusing talk you get elsewhere. Just a normal travel shop in a busy part of Delhi.
