Kusuma'S Kitchen Private Limited

Kusuma'S Kitchen Private Limited is based in Vasant Vihar, at F - 6/8A. This part of South West Delhi is usually pretty calm, which we appreciate. We have been operating out of this spot for some time now. It’s not a huge industrial kitchen or anything like that. It’s more of a practical space where we handle the cooking and the business side of things. We started because we liked the idea of having our own place. The neighborhood is nice, lots of trees and fairly wide streets for Delhi. We spend most of our mornings getting things prepped. It can get a bit hot in the back when everything is running, but that's just how it is. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. We just have a handful of people who know how to cook and how to run a kitchen. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to dash out to the local market. It's all very hands-on. We don't really do much advertising. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign. We try to keep the noise down for the neighbors. It’s a good spot to work. We don't have a big reception area or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in our aprons working away. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We just keep doing what we do every day. It is hard work but we like it.
