Our office is on the second floor. It's right across from Jessaram Hospital on Gurudwara Road. This part of Karol Bagh gets really busy with people and traffic. We handle glassware here. Mostly it involves a lot of boxes and trying to keep things clean. It's a small team of us. We spend the day checking stock and making sure things haven't broken during transport. People sometimes stop by because they see our sign from the street. Karol Bagh is always loud. It's been a few years since we set up here. We have some glass samples on the shelves in the office. Not too many though. Mostly we just get orders ready for delivery to other places. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb when we have to carry crates up and down. We keep the windows shut because of the noise and the dust from the road outside. It's okay though. If you look for the hospital you can find us pretty easily. We started this because we knew a bit about glass and found this spot was available. Nothing fancy about it. Just a workplace with some desks and lots of fragile stuff. The tea stall downstairs is where we go most afternoons for a break. Dealing with glass is nervous work because you can't afford to drop anything. We've had a few accidents but not many. It's just a regular business day here for us at Ki Glassware.
