Ki Glassware India Pvt. Ltd. is based in Karol Bagh on Saraswati Marg. We are located in a basement, specifically Room 13/11 in the WEA area. Being in a basement is actually nice because it stays a bit cooler during the hot months, even if it is a bit cramped. Karol Bagh is a very busy market area, and Saraswati Marg always has something going on. Our space is filled with boxes and crates of glassware stacked up high. It’s more of a functional office and storage area than a fancy shopfront. We handle a lot of different orders for glass products. Even though we are a private limited company, we are just a small group of people working hard every day. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking the stock that comes in. The stairs going down to the basement are a bit steep, so we have to be really careful when we are moving the heavy crates. It isn't a very glamorous place, but it is where we do our business. We’ve been in this part of Karol Bagh for a long time and we like the local energy. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the glass is handled right and that everything gets delivered where it needs to go. It’s just honest, manual work in a basement.
