K. I. Glassware India Pvt. Ltd. is located on the second floor of 17A/41 on Gurudwara Road. We are directly across from Jessaram Hospital, which is a big landmark in this part of Karol Bagh. Being on the second floor means we are constantly hauling things up and down, which keeps us pretty tired by the end of the day. Karol Bagh is always crowded, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. You can hear the horns and the people shouting from the street all day long. We mostly deal with glassware products, so the office is full of boxes and samples piled up on shelves. It’s not a very fancy setup, just a bunch of desks and storage space. We don't really have a showroom where things are displayed nicely; it’s more of a working office where we handle orders and talk to suppliers. Most of the people who come to see us are people we’ve known for years. We don't spend money on big signs or marketing. We just focus on making sure the orders are correct and that the glass doesn't get smashed during transport. The stairs up to our floor are a bit narrow, but we manage. It’s a busy, cramped, and honest way to spend the day in a very busy part of the city.
