If you head over to R K Puram Sector 12 on Rao Tula Ram Marg, you’ll find us there. The place is usually humming with the sound of the grinders making batter or the fans trying to keep the air moving. The staff wears simple uniforms, and we move fast to keep the orders moving from the kitchen to the tables. We don’t do reservations or anything like that; people just show up and find a spot. The menu is written on a board, and we don’t change it very often. By mid-afternoon, things quiet down a little, and we get a chance to wipe everything down and prep for the evening. It’s a basic setup with fluorescent lights and metal plates. We focus on the daily routine of cooking and serving, without adding any unnecessary extras. It’s a steady place that has been part of this corner for a long time and we like the pace of it.
