You can find us at Shop No. 201 on the second floor of Anchal Plaza. It is in the L.S.C. in Vasant Kunj, specifically Pocket 7 of Sector B. Vasant Kunj is a busy part of New Delhi, and there are always people walking around the plaza. We started Jgj Restaurant because we wanted to have a place of our own. It is not a massive dining hall, just a comfortable spot where we cook. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or chatting with the regulars who come in. We are not some big chain with a manual for everything. We just do things the way we think they should be done. Sometimes we run out of something on the menu because we did not get enough from the market that morning. That is just life. The staff is like a small family. We have been through the hot Delhi summers together in that kitchen. We do not have a PR person. If someone has a problem, they just talk to us directly. The view from the second floor is not much, just the parking lot and the other shops, but we like it here. It feels like home to us. We just want to keep serving food and staying busy. It is a simple life, and we are okay with that. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized.
