Innovative Restaurant Private Limited

Innovative Restaurant is our little place in Vasant Vihar, tucked into house A-11/5. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we are actually quite a small and local team. We spend our days in the kitchen or handling the paperwork at the front desk. South West Delhi is a nice area, but it has its own set of challenges, like finding good parking for our suppliers when they arrive. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of locations; it is just this one spot where we try to do things properly. The interior isn't something out of a magazine, but it is comfortable and we keep it clean. We have some regular customers who come in and tell us about their day, which is the best part of the job for us. Sometimes the stove gives us trouble or the sink gets clogged, and one of us has to fix it because the plumber is always busy with other jobs. We do not follow a strict corporate script when we talk to people who walk through the door. We just act like ourselves. Managing a restaurant involves a lot of long hours and late nights, especially on the weekends when everyone is out eating. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure the bills are paid at the end of the month. It is a lot of work, but we have been here for a bit now and we have found our rhythm.
