Hot And Juicy

Hot And Juicy is situated on the top floor of the DDA Flats at Plot Bh3D in Munirka. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve been here for a while now. The space isn’t very big, but we make it work for what we need. It can get pretty cramped when we have a lot of stuff going on at once. Since we are in the middle of a residential area, we see a lot of the same faces every day. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the cooking and the cleaning and everything else that needs to get done. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hot, especially during the middle of the day. We just open the windows and keep going. The neighbors know us well by now. We aren't trying to be some five-star place with white tablecloths. It’s just a regular spot where we make food. We spend a lot of time prepping ingredients and making sure things are ready before the rush starts. Things don't always go perfectly, sometimes we run out of something or a machine breaks down. We just fix it and move on. It is a simple life and a simple business. We like being in Munirka. It feels like home to us. We’re usually here until late at night making sure everything is cleaned up for the next day.
