Hari Om Caterers

Hari Om Caterers is based out of Kumar Complex, specifically at Office No 3 in Building 1433 on the lower ground floor in Kotla. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but that’s where you’ll find us. Being on the lower ground floor means we’re tucked away a bit, which helps us focus on all the prep work we have to do. The complex is usually pretty busy with people coming and going from different offices. We’ve been in this Kotla location for a while, and the neighborhood has its own rhythm. Most of our day is spent handling orders and making sure we have enough supplies coming in. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving boxes around, so it gets pretty tiring by the end of the shift. We aren’t a big fancy operation with a massive storefront. It’s just an office where we manage everything. Sometimes the lighting in the building isn't great, and the hallways can be a bit cramped, but it's home for our business. We know most of the other people in Kumar Complex by now. We don't have any mission statements or grand plans. We just want to get the jobs done and make sure the food gets where it needs to go. Every day is a bit different depending on what people need from us. We mostly keep our heads down and stay busy with the paperwork and the kitchen logistics. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. We keep things simple.
