We operate out of E- 595 in Greater Kailash- 2. It’s a bit quieter than some of the other commercial areas, which we actually like. The space is basically a few rooms where we handle all our overseas trading work. Most of the day is spent looking at spreadsheets or talking to people in different time zones. It can get a bit tiring staying up late or starting very early to catch someone on the other side of the world. We don’t have a big staff, just a handful of people who know how the shipping and customs stuff works. The office has a lot of files and old ledgers because we still like to keep physical copies of things. Sometimes the neighborhood is peaceful, and other times there’s construction going on next door that drives us crazy. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive decor. We’d rather just get the work done and go home to our families. We've been in this GK-2 spot for quite a while now. People know us as the place that’s always got the lights on. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just buy and sell things across borders and try to make sure no one gets stuck with a problem. It’s a lot of small details that most people don’t think about.
