You can find us at 306, Somdutt Chamber-2 in Bhikaji Cama Place. This part of New Delhi is always buzzing with people in suits and office workers. Ginga Restaurants Private Limited is situated right in the middle of all that South Delhi action. Our office is on the third floor. It is a compact space where we handle all the back-end stuff for the restaurants. We have got files piled up on desks and a few computers that have seen better days. It is not like those modern tech offices you see on TV. It is a real working space. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow during lunch hour, so we often end up taking the stairs. From our window, we can see the traffic piling up on the main road. We spend most of our time talking to suppliers and sorting out staffing for the restaurant floors. It is a lot of phone calls and checking bills. Being in Bhikaji Cama Place means everything is fast-paced. We do not really have time for long meetings; we just talk over our desks. The neighborhood has plenty of places to grab a quick bite, but we are usually too busy with our own operations. We have been in this chamber for a while and the security guards know us by name. It is just a regular day-to-day grind for us here in the city. There is always something that needs fixing or an order that needs checking.
