We are based on the ground floor at 3667 Gali Shahtara. This is right off Shardhanand Marg, which most people know as G.B. Road. It’s one of those parts of the city that never seems to sleep. The lanes are very narrow and packed with people and goods moving around. Being on the ground floor is helpful for us because we deal with a lot of movement. The office is tucked away in the Gali, so it can be a bit hard to find if you aren’t looking closely. Inside, it’s a functional space filled with the usual office stuff. We’ve got desks that have seen better days and shelves full of folders. The air is always thick with the sounds of the street outside. We handle impex work, so there’s a constant stream of documents to manage. It’s a very practical environment. There isn't any extra room for fluff. We just get in, do the work, and deal with the challenges of being in such a busy wholesale area. The electricity can be a bit temperamental sometimes, but that’s just life in this part of Delhi. We appreciate the proximity to the main trade hubs. It’s a gritty, honest place to run a business. We don't have a fancy entrance, just a metal shutter and a door that stays open during the day. We usually have a pile of mail by the door and a few cups of tea sitting on the desks. It is what it is.
