First Fiddle Bistro Llp

We've been over at Malcha Marg for a while now. It's a nice spot in the shopping complex, right in the Diplomatic Enclave area of Chanakyapuri. Most days start pretty early for us, getting things ready before the lunch crowd shows up. It can get busy around here, but that’s just how it goes in New Delhi. We aren't doing anything fancy, just keeping the place running and making sure the tables are clean. The kitchen staff stays on their toes most of the time. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, but we fix it when we can. People stop by after work or when they’re out doing errands nearby. It’s a decent neighborhood to be in. We’ve got the address at 6/48, and most locals know the building. The sign outside isn't too big. You might miss it if you're driving fast, but regulars find their way. Being in Delhi 110021 means we see a lot of different faces every week. We just try to keep the food coming out hot and the water glasses full. It's a lot of work, honestly. Between managing the supplies and checking the floors, there isn't much downtime. Some of us have lived in this part of the city our whole lives. We know the streets pretty well. It’s just us doing our thing every day, making sure the bistro stays open and functional. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a group of us working here.
