Fast Food Restaurent

Our little place is over at 4 D in Bhola Nath Nagar, right in the heart of Shahdara, Delhi 32. It’s a small restaurant, but it gets the job done when people are hungry and looking for something quick. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area where it’s always hot because the stoves are going from early morning until late at night. There’s usually a smell of frying oil and spices in the air that you can catch from down the street. We have a few small tables, but a lot of people just grab their food and head out to go back to work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor is a bit worn from all the foot traffic, but it feels like home to us. Shahdara is a crowded place, so we see a lot of different people coming through the door every day. We don’t have a massive menu, just the things we know how to make well and that people keep coming back for. Sometimes the supply delivery gets stuck in traffic, and we have to make do with what we have until it arrives. It’s a busy life, and there isn’t much time for sitting around. Usually, we are just chopping vegetables or cleaning up after the lunch rush. It’s honest work, and it keeps us on our feet all day long.
