About Fabricaby Chef Saby – Food & Beverages in New Delhi
We are over here at 4 LSC in Sector 6 and 7, right in Vasant Kunj. It is a busy spot but we like it that way. Chef Saby started this place because he just wanted to do something different with food and cooking. It is not some fancy corporate office, it is just us working in the kitchen and making things happen every day. People come by and they see us busy with prep work or testing out a new idea that might or might not work. We have been in Vasant Kunj for a while now and the neighbors know us. The space is filled with pots, pans, and ingredients that we source whenever we can. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that is just how it goes here. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on what is on the stove or the cutting board. If you walk in, you might see someone scrubbing a floor or chopping onions. It is real work. We don't have a big team of people in suits. It’s mostly just folks who know their way around a kitchen and want to stay busy. Vasant Kunj is a good place to be, and being in this LSC means we see a lot of the same faces every week. It feels like a small community even though the city is huge. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
