You can find Fabrica By Chef Saby over at Narmada Apartments in Vasant Kunj. We are specifically at Flat 006, which is on the ground floor of Tower N-6. Being in a residential apartment complex gives things a much different feel than being in a commercial market. It is a lot quieter and more private here. Vasant Kunj is a nice area, and the Narmada block is easy to navigate once you get inside the main gate. We spend our days tucked away on the ground floor working on whatever is on the schedule. It is a compact space, so we have to be very organized with how we use the rooms. Sometimes the security guards at the gate get a bit confused about visitors, but they are generally helpful once they know you're headed to N-6. The light inside the flat is decent, and we like that we can just step outside into the apartment courtyard if we need some fresh air. It isn't a high-street shop where people just wander in. Most people who come to see us are looking for us specifically. We keep things pretty low-key and straightforward. There is no big neon sign or anything like that. Just a small setup where we focus on the work. It feels more like a home studio than a business office, which is exactly how we like it. Working from Flat 006 keeps us grounded and connected to the neighborhood.
