You can find us at 86-A in the J&K Pocket of Dilshad Garden. If you live in Delhi-95, you probably know the area. It is a busy residential spot. Most of our day is spent around the oven. It gets incredibly hot back there, especially when we have a stack of orders waiting. The smell of dough and tomato sauce is something you just get used to. Outside, the delivery bikes are always coming and going from the parking area. It is a lot of noise and movement. We have a small seating area, but most people just order for home. We spend a lot of time cleaning the flour off the counters and the floor. It gets everywhere no matter how much we sweep. The staff is usually busy folding boxes during the slow times so we are ready for the dinner rush. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it feels a bit chaotic. We just try to keep up with the orders as they come in. It is a standard shop, nothing too special about the building itself. The tiles on the floor are a bit chipped from years of heavy use. We are just part of the Dilshad Garden landscape, serving the local blocks around here. It is a lot of hard work on your feet, but that is just the way it is in the pizza business. We keep the ovens hot and the boxes moving.
