Desing Ocean

Desing Ocean is tucked away in a basement over at B-7 Kalkaji. You can find us pretty easily if you look for the HDFC Bank nearby, as we are just a short walk from there. Working from a basement means it stays relatively cool even when the Delhi sun is hitting hard outside, which we appreciate. We spend most of our hours sitting at our desks working on various design layouts and graphics. It is not a huge space, so things can get a bit crowded with all the monitors and cables running across the floor. We have been here for a while now, and the neighbors in the building are used to us coming and going at odd hours. Sometimes we lose track of time when we are deep into a project. We do not have a fancy front office or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, someone just looks up from their screen when the door opens. We handle a mix of different things, from simple logos to bigger print jobs that people ask for. It is a quiet enough spot to get things done, though you can hear the street traffic occasionally. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea, which helps us get through the long afternoons. It’s just a small group of us trying to make things look right on paper or a screen. It’s a bit messy but it works for us.
