Design Plus Pvt. Ltd. is located at D-141 in Sarita Vihar. If you’re familiar with South Delhi, you know Sarita Vihar is a large residential colony with lots of pockets of activity. Our office is right there in the middle of it. The 110044 zip code is home for us. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and gives us plenty of room to spread out our papers and samples. Working in New Delhi means dealing with the heat and the crowds, but Sarita Vihar feels a bit more relaxed than the center of the city. We have a small team here. We aren't into big speeches or long-term strategy sessions that go nowhere. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. Most of the time, the office is filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and someone making tea in the back. We have a lot of regular clients who know exactly where to find us. They just drop by, sometimes without even calling first, and we sit down and talk through their projects. It’s a very informal way of doing business, but it’s worked for us for years. We like the neighborhood and the people here. It’s just home for our work and we stay busy with whatever comes our way.
