Design India

Design India is located at 41519 in East Patel Nagar. It’s a busy part of town, and the street outside is almost always full of life. Our space is tucked into one of the buildings there. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. Inside, the place is full of samples, swatches, and various tools we use for our work. It is not the most organized looking office, but we know where everything is. There are sketches taped to the walls and half-finished projects on the tables. We have been working out of East Patel Nagar for quite some time. The noise from the market nearby is always there, but it becomes like background white noise after a while. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one near the door. It’s a place where we spend a lot of time, sometimes late into the evening. The tea guy knows our order by heart because we call him so often. We don't try to look like a big agency. We are just a few people who like making things and working with our hands. The floor is a bit scuffed from moving furniture around, but that’s just how it is. It’s a real, working studio where stuff actually gets made every day.
