Delhi Fast Food Corner

Delhi Fast Food Corner is located at R K Puram G-29. We have been here for a few years now in this little corner of the building. It is a simple setup with a few tables and a kitchen that stays busy most of the day. My uncle actually started this place and I took over helping him after I finished school. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It is just us and the daily routine of cooking. The neighborhood is mostly families and some office workers who stop by for a break. Sometimes the stove gives us trouble or the rain leaks through the front door but we always manage to fix it. We are not trying to be the most famous place in Delhi. We just want to serve the people who live around G-29. The fan in the corner makes a lot of noise but it helps with the heat in the summer. We don't use any fancy ingredients or have complicated recipes. It is just the same food we have been making for years. The walls are painted a dull color and the chairs don't all match but it doesn't seem to bother anyone. We spend most of our time in the back prepping and washing dishes. It is hard work and the hours are long but it is our business and we take it seriously in our own way.
