Tricolor Voyages Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Mayur Vihar -3. We are in the DDA New LIG Flats, specifically at number 43. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty calm compared to the main city markets. We handle travel stuff. Mostly, we help people figure out where they want to go and how to get there without too much trouble. Planning a trip is a lot of work and people get stressed out by it. We just take that on. We’ve been doing this for a while now. Our office isn't some glass tower; it's a regular flat where we have our computers and files set up. It works for us. We spend a lot of time checking flights and looking at hotels. It’s mostly just making sure the dates line up and the prices are okay for the people asking. We talk to people all day. Some want to go nearby for a weekend, others want to go far away for a month. We just give them the options we find. It’s a small operation. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just rely on people telling their friends about us if they had a good trip. Being in Mayur Vihar is nice because it's a good community. We like the local feel of the place. It's home for us and our business. We try to be honest about what places are actually like before someone books.
