Cross Border Kitchens Private Limited is located over in Vasant Kunj, specifically in the Green Glade Apartments. If you go to B-2 and look for Flat No. 2299, that is our spot. It is a bit different running a kitchen business out of an apartment complex like this in New Delhi. It is a quiet area compared to the main markets, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise. We focus on the cooking and the food prep side of things. The kitchen is where everything happens. We spend most of our hours trying out different recipes or packing up orders that need to go out. Vasant Kunj is a good location for us because it is easy to reach different parts of South West Delhi from here. We do not really have a storefront where people walk in to sit down. It is more about the back-end work of a kitchen. Dealing with ingredients, managing the staff, and making sure the stove is working right. The name Cross Border Kitchens Private Limited sounds a bit big, but we are just a small group of people working hard in Flat 2299. It gets hot in the kitchen during the summer months, but we just get on with it. We don't spend money on fancy marketing. We just make sure the food is handled well. That is the main thing for us and what we do daily.
