Cosmic Kitchen is tucked away in Mahpalpur Extension. We are in Room Number 9 on the third floor of building L123. It is a busy area near the airport, so there is always noise from the planes and the heavy traffic on the road. We do food stuff here. It is mostly about catering and getting meals ready for people who need them. The kitchen is the heart of what we do, even if the office part is small. We spend a lot of time checking ingredients and making sure the cooks have what they need. It is not a fancy restaurant where you sit down with a menu. It is more of a production space. We started small and just kept going because people liked the food. There is no big secret to it. We just use decent ingredients and don't take shortcuts. The staff is local, mostly people who live nearby. We get in early to start the prep work. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when we have a big order to get out. You will hear the clatter of pots and people shouting orders to each other. It is a real working environment. We don't have time for polished corporate talk or fancy presentations. We just want the food to be good and the deliveries to be on time. Mahpalpur is a gritty place, but it works for us. We are just part of the neighborhood, doing our thing every day and hoping for clear roads for our vans.
