Chillazo Cuisines & Aqua LLP is based in Mahavir Enclave at C-72, on the ground floor. We are tucked away in Kh. No. 15/4/1, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely at the numbers. We work on things related to food and water services, hence the name. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional ground floor space where we keep our files and take our meetings. We spend a lot of time discussing supplies or logistics, depending on what the day requires. It’s a bit of a mix of different tasks around here. We aren't a big chain or a giant corporation. We are just a local New Delhi business trying to provide something useful. Some days are incredibly hectic with deliveries and people coming in, while other days are just about catching up on the bookkeeping. We don't have a polished marketing script. We just talk to people like they’re our neighbors. We’ve had to figure things out as we go, which hasn't always been easy, but we’re still here. The neighborhood is quiet compared to some other parts of Delhi, which we appreciate. We just focus on the work, make sure the quality is where it should be, and try to stay organized. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We keep a cooler in the corner for those really hot Delhi afternoons.
