We are situated over in Basant Enclave at number 115. This part of South Delhi is quite nice, and we enjoy being here. Our focus is on the restaurant side of things. It’s not just about one kitchen; we handle the business behind the food from this location. The building is regular, nothing too flashy. We have our offices set up inside where we plan the menus and talk to the chefs. 110057 is our home base. You won’t find a giant neon sign here. It’s more of a workspace for our team. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It gets a bit hectic when we are opening a new spot or changing things up. We just use plain desks and chairs. There’s usually a coffee mug or two sitting around. We don’t have a corporate vibe. It’s more like a group of people who really care about food sitting in a room together. Sometimes we bring in dishes to test them out right here in the office. The smell of spices can drift through the halls. We are just regular folks trying to make the restaurant scene a little better. It’s a lot of back-and-forth and long hours, but we like it. The windows are a bit small, but we get some sunlight in the mornings. It is just a practical place to run a food business.
