We are located at Shop No 82 in the Community Center over at New Friends Colony. It’s a decent little spot in a part of town that’s always got something going on. If you’ve ever walked through the center, you probably know how it is—lots of small shops and people running errands all day. We handle exports from this shop. It’s not a huge warehouse or anything, just our base of operations. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to make sure things are headed to the right place. The community center is a good place to be because everything you need is right there. We get our tea from the guy around the corner and know most of the other shopkeepers by name. It’s a bit of a squeeze in the shop sometimes when new stock arrives, but we manage to keep it sorted. We don't go in for fancy displays or expensive lighting. We just have our desks and our equipment. The pace can be fast some days and really slow on others. That’s just the way export work goes. You wait for things to clear, then everything happens at once. We’ve been here long enough that the walls feel familiar. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just work from the shop and try to stay on top of the paperwork as best we can. It's a simple life in a busy market.
