We’ve been here at Naraina Phase I for quite some time now. If you walk down to B-225, that is where you will find us. It’s a busy spot, and honestly, it stays pretty loud with all the traffic outside. Most days, we are just busy getting everything ready before the doors open. Bikanervala isn't just a name on a sign for us; it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. Some people stop by because they’re hungry, and others just want a quick snack while they’re passing through the industrial area. We don't really do anything fancy here. The floors get scuffed and the chairs might creak, but it feels like home to us. It’s funny how a place in Phase I becomes so familiar after you’ve worked there for years. We see the same faces every morning, mostly people who work nearby. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the lunch rush hits, but we manage. We try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long. It’s just how things go at B-225. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just the shop and the kitchen. We focus on what we’re doing and try to keep the place decent for whoever walks in. It isn't perfect, but it’s our spot in Naraina and we like it that way. Just a local place doing what we do.
