Banta Santa Da Dhaba Llp

We are over here in Shanti Kunj, right near Vasant Kunj. It’s a busy area and we’ve been at A-109 for a while now. Most people know us as a regular dhaba. We don't have fancy interiors or anything like that. It's just a first-floor spot where the kitchen is always going. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy because of the traffic outside, but that is just how it is in New Delhi. We mostly focus on getting the food out on time. My brother and I started this because we wanted to have a place where people could just eat without any fuss. We have some regulars who come in every single day for lunch. It’s funny how you get to know what someone wants to eat before they even sit down. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so you have to watch your step when you come to visit us. We try to keep things clean and tidy, but it's a working kitchen, so it's always moving and a bit chaotic. We didn't really plan on being a big company, just Banta Santa Da Dhaba Llp. The name sounds a bit funny to some, but it works for us. We spend most of our day checking the supplies and making sure the stove is working right. If you are around Vasant Kunj, you might have seen our sign. It’s nothing special, just a local place to get a meal when you are hungry.
