Architrave Design Studio &Associate

You can find us at N-5 A on Sailing Club Road in Jamia Nagar. It’s a bit of a unique spot in Delhi being so close to the river area. Architrave Design Studio &Associate is where we spend most of our time. It’s not a huge office, just a place that fits us and our drawing boards. The road can be a little tricky if you don't know the Jamia Nagar area well, but once you’re here, it’s actually quite a decent place to work. We have been in this part of Delhi 110025 for a while. The studio is usually full of stuff we’ve collected over the years—samples, old sketches, and plenty of pens that might or might not work. It feels like a real workspace, not one of those sterile offices you see in magazines. We just come in, do the work, and go home. There isn't any corporate talk here. Sometimes the neighborhood gets a bit loud with the traffic or local events, but we are used to the rhythm of the place. We just try to get the designs done properly. It's a small group of us, and we know each other's habits pretty well by now. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the buildings we work on are solid and make sense for the people using them. Sometimes the tea stall down the road brings us something hot in the afternoons, which helps when the work gets a bit repetitive. We just keep going until the job is done and the drawings are ready to go out.
