Amy'S Rigvedas Restaurants Private Limited is based in the Vardhman Central Mall. If you walk into the mall in Nehru Vihar, we are at Shop No. G-71 on the ground floor. Being in a mall means there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise, which we don't mind. We focus on the restaurant side of things, so there is always a lot of prep work to do. The kitchen gets hot, and the staff is always moving around trying to stay on top of everything. We aren't some giant chain with a hundred locations. We’re just this one spot trying to serve decent food to people who come by the mall. The space is practical, and we try to keep it clean, though it gets messy when we’re busy. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve. Some days the mall is quiet, and other days it’s absolutely packed. We’ve had to learn how to handle both. It’s a lot of hours on our feet and making sure the supplies are fresh. We chose Nehru Vihar because it’s a lively spot with a lot of regular people. You won't find any corporate talk here. Just a bunch of us working in a mall shop, trying to get through the lunch and dinner rushes without too much trouble. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it now and know the regulars by name.
