Amigo-De-La-Entrega Eateries Private Limited is located on the first floor of C-49/1 in Arjun Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name, we know, but it’s what we registered as. We are right here in South Delhi, near the usual spots people visit. The space isn’t huge, but it works for what we do with the eatery side of things. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or handling the paperwork that comes with running a food business. Arjun Nagar is a tight-knit place, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors over the months. We didn't want a ground-floor shop because the first floor gives us a bit more room to breathe and organize the delivery side. Sometimes it gets a little chaotic when orders come in all at once, but we manage. There’s no big corporate board here, just a few of us making sure the food is decent and goes out on time. We use simple tools and basic setups. Dealing with the Delhi heat in a kitchen is tough, but we have some fans going. We just want to do our job at C-49/1 and go home at the end of the day feeling like we did alright. It's a regular business, nothing too special or shiny about it, just honest work in a busy part of the city. We’ve had some ups and downs with the local traffic, but that's Delhi for you.
