Albauser Food

We are located in Sector VI of R K Puram, right at number 10. It’s a quiet enough area compared to some of the bigger markets, but we stay busy. Albauser Food isn’t a restaurant with waiters and white tablecloths. It’s more of a practical place where you get a meal and go about your day. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a bit. The staff is just a few guys who know their way around a stove. We keep the menu small so we don't get overwhelmed. Every morning we check what’s fresh and decide what to cook. Sometimes we run out of things early if a big group comes in. Our kitchen isn't the biggest, so we have to stay organized. It’s a lot of washing dishes and chopping onions, day in and day out. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the same pots and pans we've had for years. People from the nearby offices come over for lunch. We don't do much talking, we just serve the food and make sure the place stays relatively clean. It's a humble setup, nothing to brag about. We just wanted to provide some decent food in this part of Sector VI. It's hard work, but it keeps us going. If you're looking for us, look for the small sign near the corner. We keep the doors open six days a week for the local crowd. It's a simple life.
