We are based out of Shahdara in the West Gorakh Park Extension. The address is D-21 in the DDA Colony. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we are right in the middle of it. We do overseas work, which means a lot of time on the phone and dealing with shipping schedules. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We've been here for a good while, so we know the area and the people around us quite well. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the traffic and people going about their business in New Jafrabad. We just keep the windows shut and keep working. We don't really have a big staff, just a handful of us who know the ropes. Most of our day is spent making sure the paperwork for the containers is correct and checking in with the suppliers. We don't do any big advertising. Most people hear about us from someone else. It's a straightforward business. We show up in the morning, do the work that needs doing, and try not to make too many mistakes. It gets busy during the peak seasons, but otherwise, it's just a steady pace. We like being in the colony because it feels like a real community rather than just a cold business district. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street and the sounds of the local market nearby.
