Vitech Fabricators Pvt. Ltd. is located right in the middle of the MIDC area in Rabale. If you know the TTC Industrial Area, you know it’s mostly just trucks and factories as far as you can see. We are at Plot No. R-645. It’s an industrial spot, so don't expect any gardens or quiet corners around here. We’ve got the heavy machines running most of the day, and there is always a layer of dust on everything no matter how much we clean. It’s just the nature of the work. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the routine like the back of our hands. The commute to Rabale can be a bit of a pain with the traffic, but once we’re inside the gates, it’s all about the metalwork. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk or presentations. Usually, we are just looking at drawings or checking the latest batch of parts. There’s a canteen nearby where everyone grabs lunch, and that’s about the only time it gets quiet. The workshop floor is where everything happens. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s because we are always in the middle of a project. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us. The neighbors are all doing similar things, so we fit right in. It’s a practical place for a practical kind of business. We just keep our heads down and do the daily work.
