We are based in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, at 406 Yashshree Plaza in Sector-8. This area is quite convenient because it is close to the Sanpada railway station. You can hear the trains passing by if you listen closely. The plaza itself is a busy hub with all kinds of small businesses. Our office is on the fourth floor, and it is where we handle the day-to-day operations for Essar Steel. It is a compact space, filled with papers, ledgers, and a couple of old desks. We spend our hours tracking shipments and making sure the local deliveries are on time. Navi Mumbai has grown so much lately, and being in Sanpada puts us right in the heart of that growth. The weather here is typical for the coast, very wet during the monsoon, which can make moving steel a bit of a challenge. We don't have any big corporate slogans; we just try to be honest about what we can do and when we can do it. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we have a good rhythm. We take turns bringing snacks for the afternoon break. It’s a plain, hardworking environment where the main goal is just to finish the day's tasks. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us busy on the phone or looking over some technical drawings. It is just a normal office life in a busy plaza.
