Rabiya Fabrication

Rabiya Fabrication is located at shop number 31 in the Mansarovar Complex, over in Sector 34 of Kamothe. It’s a decent-sized shop where we do all kinds of metal work and fabrication. You can usually hear us before you see us because there’s always some cutting or welding going on. Kamothe is a growing area, and there’s always someone needing a new gate, a window grill, or some repairs done. We keep a lot of raw iron and steel around the shop. It’s a bit messy, with scraps on the floor and tools everywhere, but that’s just how a fabrication shop looks. We don't have a salesperson or a fancy catalog. If you need something made, you just come in and tell us the dimensions. We might sketch it out on a piece of cardboard or a scrap of paper to make sure we have it right. It’s just a couple of us working here, sweating over the torch. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait to finish a job, which can be frustrating. We try to get things done when we say we will, but sometimes big orders take a bit longer. We’ve been in the Mansarovar Complex for a while and the other shop owners are like friends to us. It’s a basic shop for honest work. We just focus on making things strong so they don't break when you use them. We just take it day by day.
