You can find us at the Shri Ganesh Co-Operative Housing Society in Ghansoli. We are in Building E/1, specifically Room 324. Navi Mumbai is a bit different from the main city, and we like the pace here. Guardian Steels has its office right inside the residential area, which is pretty common for small businesses in this part of the world. It makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. We know the neighbors and often chat with people in the hallway. Our work involves a lot of coordination for steel supplies. It’s mostly paperwork, phone calls, and managing logistics. We don't have a big warehouse on site, just the administrative office. It’s a simple room with a few chairs, a couple of fans, and a lot of documents. Sometimes the kids from the society are playing outside, so it’s never really silent, but we like the life it brings. We started this because we knew the steel industry well and wanted to work for ourselves. We don't use any fancy corporate language. We just tell people what we have available and what the price is. It’s an honest day’s work. Most of our day is spent making sure trucks are where they need to be. We take a long break in the afternoon when it gets really hot. It’s a good way to run a business without too much fuss.
