Shree Charbhuja Marble

Out in Turbhe, the CIDCO industrial area is always full of activity. Our place, Shree Charbhuja Marble, is located at Plot No. 28 in Sector-23. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly warehouses and small factories around here. It’s not the kind of place you come for a quiet walk. We have stacks of marble slabs standing in rows. Some are polished, some are still rough. The air usually smells like wet stone because we’re often cutting or polishing something. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning. Just a small desk where we keep the books and take calls. Most of the day is spent outside in the yard. We watch the workers load the trucks carefully because marble breaks if you aren't paying attention. It’s a lot of physical labor. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit crowded and it's hard to move between the rows. We try to keep things sorted by color but sometimes it gets mixed up when we are busy. It’s just how it goes in a place like this. Customers come in looking for something specific for their kitchens or halls. We walk them around, show them the pieces, and talk about what’s available. It’s a regular job, nothing too flashy, just making sure the stones get moved and sold. Being in Turbhe means we see a lot of different people every day.
