Up on the second floor of Plot-260 in Sector-28, you’ll find Selvam Container Pvt. Ltd. Being in Vashi, New Bombay, means we’re right in the thick of the industrial side of things. It’s a busy area with trucks moving in and out and a lot of noise from the neighboring plots. Our space isn't huge, but we make the most of every square inch to get the containers sorted and ready. Some days the lift is acting up, and we have to carry things up the stairs, which keeps us on our toes. We’ve got a mix of people working here, from the ones who handle the paperwork to the guys who are hands-on with the containers themselves. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure things fit where they should. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big sign out front that lights up. Most people find us because they’ve worked with us before or heard about us from someone else in the sector. The coffee in the breakroom is usually too strong, and the desks are piled with files, but we know where everything is. We try to keep a straightforward approach to the business. If someone needs a container, we tell them what we have and what we can do. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be a part of the local scene here in New Bombay. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
