We set up our office in Airoli, specifically in Sector 2 at plot A/384. Navi Mumbai has changed a lot over the years, but this part of Airoli still feels a bit more grounded than the new high-rises popping up everywhere. It’s a straightforward building, and we’ve taken up this space to manage our daily operations and stay organized. There’s a lot of coming and going in this sector, so it never feels too lonely or isolated. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing; we just wanted a place where we could sit down and get through our lists without much distraction. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some computers, a printer that jams occasionally when we are in a hurry, and enough chairs for the whole team. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a fancy coffee machine or a designer lounge. We usually just bring our own tiffins from home and eat together at the main table when we have a moment. The sun hits the front windows pretty hard in the afternoon, so we keep the thick curtains drawn most of the time to keep it cool. It’s a simple, honest workspace for a small group of people. We don’t spend much on decor because we’d rather just focus on the actual tasks at hand. It’s easy to get to from the station, which is a big plus for those of us who don't drive. We just keep things moving steadily through the week.
