Our office is located in Vashi, specifically at Office No-5 on Plot No-19 in Agarwal Chambers 6. We are right off Palm Beach Road, which is a busy stretch of road that most people in the area know well. We deal with monolithic refractories, which are those materials used in high-heat industrial settings like furnaces. Most of our day is spent in this office coordinating things. We are not the ones actually out there building the furnaces, but we make sure the right materials get to the right places. It involves a lot of paperwork, tracking shipments, and talking to factory managers. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep some of the material samples. It is not the kind of place where you will find modern art or fancy coffee machines. We have been in Sector 19C for a long time and have watched the buildings around us go up one by one. It is a good place to work, even if the traffic on Palm Beach Road can be a bit much during rush hour. We are just regular people doing a specialized job. We do not spend money on big ads or marketing campaigns. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with people in the industry. We just try to be honest about our timelines and get the logistics right every time.
